Many first-time buyers “don’t know what they don’t know.” Let me start by offering to sit down and tell you what to expect and what you need to be aware of, and providing a comfortable setting to get your questions answered. Let's break down the home buying process in our local community. We can lay it out for in a one-hour, in-person meeting at one of my offices or have coffee somewhere convenient to you!
Let me be clear that I will do this as a service with no obligation and that I hope that if you decide to purchase a home, you will consider me to be your trusted advisor. It costs you nothing! The Seller pays all real estate commissions, but I represent you and seek to work in your best interests!
Let me be clear that simply because we both agree to meet, neither of us is committed to working together. I never like for anyone to feel obligated or 'captured' if the relationship didn't feel like a fit!
Things I want to know are questions such as, "How long have you been looking?” or “Are you just starting out in the process?”
Please know that I serve as a resource, a guide through a potentially stressful process. My goal is to take the stress out of the process on finding the right home, obtaining financing, inspections, and getting to closing!
Finally, if you feel the relationship isn’t working out for any reason, you can stop working with me at no cost to you. I will warn you though, I have always been so responsive to my clients needs that I haven't had anyone stop working with me on a purchase yet because of a lack of service and responsiveness on my part!
Making the home-buying process easy is my goal. Nothing is worse for the buyer than having to do double the work because their agent is either not sending them comprehensive information, being responsive to their needs or their means of disseminating information is inefficient.
