How does the process work?

3. See the homes in person that have become your online favorites!

I will coordinate with the listing agent or seller to set up the showings that meet your schedule. I will meet you at the home and answer all your questions. Most importantly, there is no contract, no obligation, and no cost. We are paid through Seller paid commission as a co-operating fee paid by the listing agent so you never owe me anything while you benefit from having full representation anywhere you buy in the Metro Atlanta area!  Anything within MLS is an opportunity for me to be of service to you!
